RedFern Digital is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our international team to cultivate and support our clients. If you love working in a fast-paced industry, we would like to speak with you!
RESPONSIBILITIES 责
i. Develop and implement digital advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
ii. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities.
iii. Monitor and optimise ad campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.
iv. Collaborate with the creative department to conceptualise and produce compelling visual and written content for social media platforms.
v. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
vi. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
vii. Identify and establish relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry or target market.
viii. Collaborate with KOLs to develop collaborative content, endorsements, or partnerships that resonate with our target audience.
ix. Coordinate KOL campaigns and track performance metrics to measure impact.
x. Monitor ad spend campaigns on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, and TikTok Shop.
xi. Analyse campaign performance metrics including ROAS, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
xii. Prepare detailed reports on ad spend performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
xiii. Utilise data-driven insights to optimise ad spend allocation and maximise ROAS.
REQUIREMENTS:
i.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
ii. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
iii.Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
iv.Strong understanding of digital advertising tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
v.Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation and campaign strategies.
vi.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
vii.Experience in influencer marketing and coordinating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) is a plus.
viii.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and optimise strategies.
