The purpose of the role is to execute administrative/support tasks in Marketing. May support a specific area in Marketing or provide more general support across areas. Works under close supervision on standarized tasks. Work is administrative in nature.
Scope: Entry-level administrative/support role in Marketing, may work in an MO or Region.

Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
Experience: Entry-level to 12 years of experience in construction, estimation, or project coordination is preferred, but not required.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, AutoCAD drawing and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Team player with a proactive attitude
Language: Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Location: Based in Hanoi, with occasional travel if needed
