Job Summary
The Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that support leasing objectives for Office and Commercial properties. This role focuses on lead generation, digital marketing, brand communication, event management, and marketing collateral development to drive occupancy and enhance market visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to support leasing and occupancy targets for Office & Commercial properties.
- Generate and optimize qualified leads through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Manage and implement Digital Marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and corporate websites.
- Create, coordinate, and enhance marketing materials including brochures, leasing kits, presentations, pitch decks, EDMs, and promotional content.
- Prepare marketing briefs and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Organize leasing events, broker engagement programs, networking activities, and property site tours.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI and lead conversion.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support marketing and leasing strategies.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and service providers while controlling project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within Real Estate, Commercial Leasing, B2B, or related industries.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and campaign management.
- Strong presentation development skills, including creating professional pitch decks and marketing presentations.
- Ability to develop marketing briefs and communicate project requirements clearly.
- Good aesthetic sense and strong visual communication skills with attention to design and branding details.
- Professional appearance and confidence in representing the company at client-facing events and networking activities.
- Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English
