Job Objectives
Responsible for developing and executing international marketing strategies and positioning Thientu BPO as a global brand.
Manage multi-channel campaigns, lead the marketing team, and collaborate with the Board of Directors to drive export revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for key markets (USA, EU,Africa, Latin America).
- Position the company as a reputable global supplier of hair extension products.
- Organize and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (Digital, Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing, Paid Ads).
- Collaborate closely with the International Sales team to generate high-quality B2B/B2C leads.
- Build and manage multilingual content tailored to each target market.
- Oversee global brand image, messaging, and communication activities.
- Lead international PR efforts and participate in global trade fairs and industry events.
- Build, train, and manage the Marketing team (Digital, Content, Design, PR).
- Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and report directly to the Board of Directors.
- Conduct market research on global hair extension trends, customer behavior, and competitors.
- Carry out overseas business activities: direct meetings, market studies, and market expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher; preferred majors: Marketing, International Business, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role; preferred experience in
- beauty/hair/fashion/export industries.
- Proficient in English for daily business use.
- Strategic mindset with strong skills in market analysis and international brand development.
- Knowledge of B2B digital marketing, international SEO, multi-platform advertising,and trade marketing.
- Strong leadership, team management, and ability to work in multicultural environments.
