Job description:Key Responsibilities - Campaign Operations
- Coordinate setup, scheduling, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email/SMS automation).
- Manage day-to-day campaign logistics: targeting uploads, budget pacing, ad status checks, and error resolution.
- Conduct QA checks on campaign assets and live ads to ensure correct tracking, links, and compliance.
- Maintain and update marketing databases (CRM entries, lead lists, opt-in/out compliance, funnel progression).
Key Responsibilities - Data & Reporting
- Export, clean, and organize campaign data from multiple platforms (ads managers, CRM, analytics tools).
- Build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates,
engagement levels).
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with clear summaries, trend analysis, and actionable insights.
- Highlight anomalies, inefficiencies, or opportunities in campaign data
- Assist in forecasting, budget tracking, and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities - Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with design, operations, and patient support teams to ensure campaign workflows remain on track.
- Support compliance processes by following approved templates and operational guidelines.
- Suggest process improvements for both campaign execution and performance reporting.
