Key Responsibilities - Campaign Operations

  • Coordinate setup, scheduling, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email/SMS automation).
  • Manage day-to-day campaign logistics: targeting uploads, budget pacing, ad status checks, and error resolution.
  • Conduct QA checks on campaign assets and live ads to ensure correct tracking, links, and compliance.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases (CRM entries, lead lists, opt-in/out compliance, funnel progression).

Key Responsibilities - Data & Reporting

  • Export, clean, and organize campaign data from multiple platforms (ads managers, CRM, analytics tools).
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates,

engagement levels).

  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with clear summaries, trend analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Highlight anomalies, inefficiencies, or opportunities in campaign data
  • Assist in forecasting, budget tracking, and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities - Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with design, operations, and patient support teams to ensure campaign workflows remain on track.
  • Support compliance processes by following approved templates and operational guidelines.
  • Suggest process improvements for both campaign execution and performance reporting.
