The RoleAs our Marketing & Branding Specialist, you will report directly to the Founder/CEO and be a key player in building our brand in the sensitive and complex healthcare space. You will be responsible for communicating our values with empathy and authority. This is a hands-on role where you will have a direct impact on our growth and be involved in strategic decisions. You will need to translate complex medical and technical concepts into clear, compelling, and trustworthy narratives.
What You&aposll Do (Key Responsibilities)Content & Storytelling:
- Craft and write compelling, high-quality content in English for our blog, clinical case studies, patient success stories, white papers, and social media.
- Translate complex medical and technical concepts into clear, compassionate, and accurate content for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Develop content that builds trust and establishes our company as a thought leader in the HealthTech space.
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Manage and grow our professional social media presence, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn, to engage with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns (email, content marketing, SEO) designed to reach specific healthcare segments.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to refine our outreach strategy.
Brand Management:
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring our messaging is consistent, ethical, and instills a sense of trust, credibility, and empathy.
- Collaborate with product and medical teams to create marketing assets that are both visually compelling and clinically sound.
Community & Collaboration:
- Engage with our online community of clinicians, researchers, and patient advocates.
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with our product roadmap and company goals.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)Must-Haves:
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in a marketing, branding, or content creation role.
- Exceptional Communication & Storytelling (English): You can articulate complex ideas with clarity, precision, and empathy in both written and verbal formats
- Tech Savvy: A genuine interest in technology, software, or our specific industry. You must be comfortable learning about and marketing a technical product
- Passion for Healthcare Innovation: A genuine interest in healthcare, digital health, or MedTech. You are excited by the challenge of solving problems in the medical field.
- Digital Skills: Hands-on experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
- Strong Presentation Skills: You are confident in creating and delivering clear and engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive & Independent: A self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
