We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with strong design skills to help us create compelling campaigns, build our brand, and support business growth in Vietnam and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
- Content & Design Creation:
- Design eye-catching graphics, visuals, and layouts for digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials using Figma (and/or Canva, Adobe tools).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product team to maintain consistent brand identity.
- Social Media Management: Draft engaging posts and design accompanying visuals to boost audience engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Event & Partnership Support: Create promotional materials and help coordinate webinars, industry events, and local networking initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in marketing or design (internships included), ideally in a startup or B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for branding, typography, and layout.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Highly organized, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
