Market Research Analyst ( Financial Sector )

2. Key responsibilities

FiinGroup's required responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Collect, clean, analyze, update, and visualize macro and/or sector database, provide inputs for research and/or consulting assignments.

- In charge of writing and updating reports.

- Assist FiinResearch Senior Market Analysts and Managers in delivering quality work in a timely manner.

- Assist FiinResearch Managers in developing proposals, sector previews, press releases and other marketing materials as assigned by Managers.

- Assist FiinResearch Managers in implementing the Division's business plans.

- Maintain and develop relationships with industry experts.

- Travel to other provinces or cities, when required.

- Undertake other tasks assigned by FiinResearch Managers.

3. Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (or above) in economics, business administration, finance.

- Strong logical thinking and data analytics skills with an attention to details

- Excellent writing, speaking communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.

- Computer literacy, particular with the knowledge of SQL queries, software applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently and support team initiatives

- Experience in market research and/or advisory role working in an international professional service firms or large corporates is a plus

- CFA, ACCA, CPA professional qualifications will be a plus

4.Remuneration package:

Monthly salary: Negotiable. 13th month salary included.

Annual bonus, project development bonus and other bonuses according to our Income Policy.

Benefits: Holiday bonus, Tet, ... in cash according to the Collective Labor Agreement.
