Collect market data on the Companys products and services, including industry information, competitor companies, interest rate fluctuations, and current and near-future industry trends.
Conduct research on specific products and services offered by other companies, and perform comparative analysis. Research, analyze, and evaluate data results (including user behavior) to identify profitable business opportunities or potential for future product development.
Propose effective communication and marketing strategies for products and services.
Build a comprehensive database on the market, competitors, and potential customers, ensuring all data is properly monitored and regularly reported to the Head of Operations and the CEO.
Conduct surveys among loyal users regarding their satisfaction with the service, and carry out comparative analyses.
Monitor online platforms for current trends in financial products, new promotions, and user satisfaction.
Working hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

B/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
College degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance
Conversational English
At least 1 year of experience in a related position
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools is an advantage
Good knowledge of current industry trends and the most in-demand tools and services in the local market
