We are seeking a high-impact Manager to lead and grow a team of Technology & Management Consultantssomeone who blends leadership, consulting expertise, and strong rainmaking capabilities.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can elevate consulting delivery while also playing a key role in business development by nurturing relationships, introducing new clients, and helping close deals.

What You Will Do
1. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technology consultants.
- Define consulting standards, delivery frameworks, and methodologies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and create individual development plans.
- Recruit and onboard new consultants as the consulting practice expands.
- Build a culture of ownership, excellence, and strategic thinking.
2. Rainmaking & Business Development
- Actively generate new business opportunities through relationship-building, networking, and strategic introductions.
- Build and nurture senior-level (C-suite) client relationships.
- Lead early discussions with potential clients and convert conversations into consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with Sales to craft winning proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Represent the firm at workshops, strategy sessions, and industry events.
3. Consulting Delivery & Advisory Excellence
- Serve as a senior advisor in areas such as digital transformation, operations, technology adoption, and organizational strategy.
- Guide consultants in diagnosing client challenges and designing actionable strategies.
- Ensure deliverables are clear, structured, and aligned with client needs.
- Elevate the quality of presentations, strategy reports, and executive communications.
4. Project Oversight & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Oversee multiple consulting engagements with clear governance and planning.
- Structure project scopes, delivery plans, and consulting approaches.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and subject-matter experts.
- Maintain transparent and effective communication between internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Review work outputs for accuracy, impact, and strategic relevance.
5. Strategic Thinking & Thought Leadership
- Translate complex technical or operational topics into compelling narratives.
- Facilitate client decision-making with clarity and structured recommendations.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-building in digital transformation, AI, and modern software practices.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, digital strategy, or enterprise advisory.
- 2+ years leading consultants or managing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong technical knowledge across modern software, architecture, and digital ecosystems.
- Proven rainmaker ability to build relationships, introduce clients, and help close consulting deals.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
Preferred Advantages
- Experience in digital product consulting, enterprise platforms, or innovation strategy.
- Industry expertise in logistics, manufacturing, fintech, retail, or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience in tech scoping, architecture planning, or platform modernization.
