Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, primarily managing engagements from offshore, while ensuring strong client engagement and clear communication across all stakeholders.
Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices, including AI-powered features, automation, and multi-cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce).
Oversee project governance, from proposals and kick-offs to delivery, invoicing, and post-implementation support.
Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Recruit, mentor, and upskill team members to maintain a high-performing delivery organization.
Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all implementations.
Promote agile delivery and DevOps practices for faster deployments and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, driving account growth and customer success.
Profile
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Engineering or other modules
Minimum 10 years of regional Salesforce project implementation experience.
Minimum 510 years of Salesforce experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce).
Strong technical background with Salesforce knowledge and integration experience (MuleSoft, API-first, cloud-native platforms).
Familiarity with AI capabilities (Einstein, Data Cloud) and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience in agile delivery and DevOps practices.
Certifications: PMP, Prince2, and Agile certifications (Scrum Master) are a plus.
