The Manager of the Tech Academy at NAB in Vietnam will create and build world class skill uplifting programs for our colleagues to assure engineering excellence readiness, maintain sustainable pipeline of talented workforce, and collaborate across multiple regions to launch global strategic training initiatives.
As the manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and inspiring our colleagues to grow their customer obsession and the develop continuously to meet with our ongoing and emerging customer needs. You're taking part in shaping the future workforce of the NAB and contributing to long-term career development for NAB Colleagues.
