Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • This job is to direct and oversee the all the daily operations of CI Team for a designated plant by providing leadership as the continuous process, quality improvement subject expert matter; acting as the continuous improvement confidant to top management, coordinates CI activities in the organization and leads team events; developing project theme and team in accordance with the company's mission on elimination of waste, decreasing inventory, and increasing throughput to make sure that company objective achieves optimistically.
  • This role is to assess, monitor, and enhance Manufacturing performance for the organization and analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous performance.
  • This role is to direct and oversee all the automation and digitalization of the designated plant to support the strategic development direction of the company of Industrial 4.0 (The Fourth Industrial Revolution)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in one of following majors of: industrial management, engineering, science Or relevant majors
  • 8+ years of related working in hi-tech or smart enterprise manufacturing environment with the majority of the job of Continuous Improvement, Transformation, Digitalization, Automation with 3+ of management/leadership experience.
  • Experience in working Project Management is strongly desirable.
  • Experience in using Power BI
  • Experience in leading Lean-Six Sigma as a project leader

Skills

  • Excellent command/ highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
  • A team player, comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment, ability to work in a demanding environment; someone who can interact effectively across global and culturally diverse organizations.
  • Ability to comprehend and manage the various cultural, language, regulatory, and business practices associated with a multinational business operations.
  • Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment.
  • Ability to manage the change, adapt with the business change.
  • Ability to identify business growth, transformation opportunities
  • Ability to deal effectively with differences of opinion, to influence, to draw ideas from others, and to negotiate and mediate without compromising on the ultimate business goals of sustained profitable revenue and market share growth.
  • Analyse and resolve problems through the use of Lean, Statistical Process Control, and Theory of Constraints
  • Remain proactive and interactive in achieving results through others.
  • Ability to anticipate and handle multiple priorities and complex/abstract issues involving external and internal priorities under time constraints
  • Experience leading team improvement efforts in production facilities
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above
  • A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organisational structures.
  • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including the executive leadership team
  • Ability to successfully prioritize, and manage large, complex projects, deadlines, and tasks with little supervision in both team and independent environment

Working Conditions

  • Works in standard office/manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to handle stress, proactive thinking, good initiative, and readiness for changes are essential demands at work.
  • Normal office related physical requirements.
