Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all Planning activities.
- Develop Planning team to meet customers requirements and best services.
- Optimize inventory and maximize planning capacity.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in administration business, supply chain management or a related field.
- 8+ years of working experience in production planning in manufacturing company with 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
- Using SAP and Oracle ERP is preferred.
Skills
- Customer focus.
- Planning and organizing skills
- Self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles, Quality Assurance is preferred.
- Experience in Project Management is preferred.
- Ability to excel in a cross-organizational team environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate people, teamwork, and conflict management.
- Ability to deal effectively with differences of opinion, to influence, to draw ideas from others, and to negotiate and mediate.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and time management skills.
- Excellent at MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
Working Conditions
- Works in standard office/manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents and chemicals.
Safety Requirements

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
