Job Description
- Production Planning & Execution
Lead and develop monthly and annual production plans for injection molding, silkscreen printing, pad printing, and assembly lines.
Ensure accurate planning and ontime delivery of all customer orders.
- Production Operations & Resource Optimization
Oversee and coordinate all production resources, including manpower, injection molding machines, printing equipment, and assembly lines.
Optimize machine scheduling, material flow, and inventory to minimize waste and improve production efficiency and yield.
- Process Expertise & Problem Solving
Apply indepth knowledge of injection molding, surface finishing, and assembly technologies.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Strengthen quality management systems and reduce defect rates.
- Team Leadership & Development
Manage the production workforce, including workforce planning, skills training, and performance evaluation.
Implement 5S programs and ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
- Crossfunctional Coordination
Collaborate effectively with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and other departments.
Lead production meetings and communicate directives from senior management.
Support company policies, operational excellence programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a plastic injection molding factory with printing & assembly operations.
- Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of molding parameters, tooling, process optimization, and quality improvement.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment (Vietnamese + Chinese + Western).
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving.
