Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Department team is staffed, motivated, engaged and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable level of performance in an ever-changing environment
  • The Employee Success and Growth Process is executed effectively and an ESGP is co-developed and in place with each employee with meaningful stretch goals
  • Performance feedback/reviews are conducted at a high-quality level with effective feedback focused on employee development and delivered 100% on time
  • Communication channels are active and open ensuring a free flow of 2 ways information for your organization
  • The right people are placed in the right job by consistently using the Selecting the Best interviewing process and methodology for the selection of all hires
  • Hiring, reviewing, promoting, counselling and/or terminating personnel is conducted in a fair and equitable manner
  • Responsible for maintaining proper housekeeping standards and ensuring a clean, safe, orderly environment
  • Report on time status equipment and plant budget for replacement if machine too old
  • Department processes are reviewed/audited for continuous improvement and cycle time reduction opportunities using Process Value Chain method
  • Department processes are maintained as ISO9001, ISO13845,and ITAR compliant
  • All department records, reports and metrics are accurate and generated on time.

Education & Experience

  • Typically, 8+ years of maintenance and management or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Typically requires 3+ years managerial/leadership experience in clean room environment and technology.
  • Bachelor's Degree in: Electrical | Electrical & Electronics | Automation | Mechatronics Engineering or another related engineering discipline.

Skills

  • Skilled at developing and implementing aggressive plans in support of company goals
  • Able to execute plans, programs and goals, motivate and engage the workforce, evaluate work accomplishments and provide effective feedback
  • Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global-team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate at multiple levels within and outside the organization
  • Skilled at developing relationships and mentoring
  • Experience SCADA or BMS system
  • Strong analyses tool as problem solving, risk assessment, Lean six sigma, fishbone, MTTBF, MTTR, OEE, AutoCAD, TPM
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership and competence

Quality And Environmental Responsibilities

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
