MISSIONS
- The Digital Solutions Sales Manager (Enterprise Excellence) is a key driving force to grow Digital Solutions in SE VNKH Cluster and to achieve Schneider's mission of becoming the Energy Technology Partner.
- The Digital Solutions Sales (Enterprise Excellence) focuses on creating and delivering value to clients and primarily in the areas at the enterprise level including Information Technology (IT)/Operational Technology (OT) integration.
- These include, but not limited to, the following areas:
-Smart manufacturing.
-Supply chain management.
-Production management.
-Asset management.
-Talent management including simulation & learning.
-Sustainability lifecycle management
- This role will require a highly self-motivated individuals with excellent business, technical and industry knowledge/understanding and demonstrated ability in consultative/value selling at Enterprise or C-level engagement.
- The role also requires the ability to understand customer challenges/drivers, analyse the situations, formulate the appropriate solutions leveraging Schneider Electric's digital portfolio (AVEVA, Advisors etc), develop business case and support client through the entire buying process.
- Demonstrated ability articulating the values of smart manufacturing and Sound technical understanding in digital solution architecture, digital landscape for various industrial segments (such as Energy & Chemicals, Power & renewables, WWW, MMM, manufacturing, Life Sciences, CPG and etc), IT/OT integration and other essential topics related to an effective smart manufacturing facility.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will primarily be responsible to:
- Drive digital solutions revenue growth through effective client engagement and close collaboration with SE sales/ Client/Partners.
- Deliver order intake targets and drive pipeline growth.
- Create and develop business opportunity related to digital enterprise solutions by leveraging domain expertise and understanding of customer business/operation challenges. Work closely with customers to articulate the value of software‑driven digital transformation
- Lead presales technical, business and industry related discussion/activity and work together with SE sales and service teams to convert opportunity into order.
- Create, update, and execute account/industry plan for strategic accounts/industry. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in industrial software and digital solutions
- Propose optimal solutions from SE's digital portfolio, specially the AVEVA software portfolio (e.g., HMI/SCADA, MES, Asset Performance Management, Engineering, Analytics, Digital Twin solutions)
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, especially Digital/IT and C-level/executives as a trusted software and digital transformation partner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher (engineering, IT, computer science, or related technical field preferred)
- At least 5-10 years experience in industrial software, digital transformation, or OT/IT convergence
- Knowledge of industrial software such as SCADA, MES, MOM, APM, analytics, or related platforms (AVEVA experience is a strong advantage)
- Experience in software sales, solution consulting, or value‑based/consultative sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to articulate software value propositions
- Proven experience in building long‑term customer relationships and managing complex sales processes
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process industries
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and networks is a plus
