Manager: Client Success, Vietnam
Location: Vietnam - Hanoi
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Manager Client Success to take complete ownership of account and revenue management across a portfolio of advertiser clients in the Southeast Asia region. The role requires a client-first mindset, strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Revenue Ownership
- End-to-end ownership of account management and revenue delivery for assigned advertiser portfolio.
- Drive quarterly retention and growth strategies to maximize client lifetime value.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Affle's product suite.
Client Relationship Management
- Operate with a strong Client First Approach, managing expectations and deliverables seamlessly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related and commercial discussions.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Campaign & Delivery Management
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, product, supply, and finance teams.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered in line with client KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Proactively track, analyze, and resolve client issues.
Strategic Advisory & Insights
- Utilize data-driven insights to influence client strategies and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), governance calls, and weekly performance updates.
- Provide structured reporting and storytelling through data.
Commercial & Governance Management
- Manage commercial processes including billing, collections coordination, and revenue tracking.
- Align with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
Product & Market Feedback
- Share structured client feedback and market insights with product and supply teams.
- Contribute towards shaping product enhancements and roadmap discussions.
Required Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience
- Any bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Revenue Management, or Client Success roles (preferably in AdTech, Digital Media, or Performance Marketing).
- Strong ambition and work ethic suited for a fast-growing and evolving digital ecosystem.
