The Finance Manager role will be a key member of APJ Finance team looking after both financial accounting/reporting and finance operation (AP, AR, Bank & Payment) with support from EBS/Poland Shared Service Center. Scope of the role includes Vietnam statutory reporting for Vietnam and Management Reporting for the market : Vietnam. He/she should also be prepared to spend time on hands on/routine/admin tasks day in & day out.
Responsibilities
- Finance operations including AP, AR, Bank and Payment, Treasury, Interco cross charge with support from Poland Shared Service Center (EBS)
- Month end close and reporting package, providing instructions to EBS and reviewing their output
- Handle annual statutory audit, tax filing and other statutory reporting
- Perform Internal control assessment per the Group requirement
- Perform any ad hoc assignments or projects, as assigned
- Act as Office Manager and provides administrative support to Vietnam office
Relevant Knowledge, Skills And Competencies
- Degree in Business/Finance discipline, qualified accountant with audit experience
- Certificate: Qualified Accountant
- 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in MNCs
- Able to manage full set of local book, statutory and tax reporting
- Hands on and self-motivated
- A team player with ability to collaborate/communicate across functions/organizations
- Good knowledge of excel
- Fluent English
