In this role, you will manage business engagements with SMB advertisers in the market. Responsibilities

  • Deliver business growth, engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of Google Customer Solutions (GCS) managed scaled and upsell advertisers. Manage and strengthen executive-level client relationships through key meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
  • Recruit, retain, and lead the team of GCS Account Strategists and Accelerated Growth Strategists to ensure improved growth and enhanced portfolio health.
  • Lead and coach a sales team and help them engage with stakeholders across GCS customers and agencies. Build and actively manage an effective long-term planning process with advertisers.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Agency, gTech, Marketing, PSA, and International Growth) to help drive the success of the overall engage segment.
