Job Opening: Management Associate
Candidate profile
. Local diploma or degree holders
. Fresh graduates welcome
. Willing to learn throughhands-on F&B operations
Monthly salary
. Diploma holders: approximately$2,700-$2,800
. Degree holders: up to $3,500
. Final package subject toemployer confirmation
Employment terms
. Initial 1-year contract
. 6 working days per week
. Rotating shifts and rest days
Job scope
. Rotate through beverage, coffee and food stations to learn daily operations
. Later take on stall operator coordination and outsourced cleaning supervision
. Potential progression towards Outlet Manager, subject to performance and management assessment
