Job Description

Our client is a Engineering Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics shipments, including freight bookings, planning and delivery arrangements.
Monitor shipment status and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in resolving shipment issues such as missing or damaged cargo and delivery delays.
Support daily logistics coordination, reporting and administrative tasks.
Assist with tracking outstanding orders and ensuring timely follow-up.

Job Requirements:

No prior experience required - training will be provided!
Candidates with or without logistics experience are welcome to apply.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related fields is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Willing to learn and work with different internal teams and logistics partners.
