The Seller Operation Solutions (SOS) team focuses on various topics, with one goal in mind: To make the selling journey of sellers on Shopee to be as smooth and as positive as possible. To achieve this, Seller Services team engages in providing and assisting sellers in using current Shopee operation services. These services help to optimize and improve seller fulfillment rate and operation issues, coordinate with internal Shopee team to enhance special support for sellers, or even provide solutions that many sellers are struggling to meet.
All for the sake of ensuring customer satisfaction of both sellers and buyers on Shopee be the ultimate shopping experience!
Responsibility
Job Description:
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to support daily tasks related to listing quality and issue resolution.
- Assist in reviewing outsourced (BPO) work to ensure listing quality and productivity meet required standards.
- Support quality checks to ensure listings follow platform policies and internal efficiency guidelines.
- Contribute to translation projects by helping identify listings that need translation and supporting BPO review processes.
- Participate in researching and testing new listing service ideas based on market needs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the team lead.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience in data analysis & reporting field.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Data, or related majors).
- Good logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge or interest in E-commerce and online platforms is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
