Job Description

Job Description:

Investigate loss, stuck parcels that happened during Line Haul transportation
Identify patterns and room for improvement to reduce stuck, loss
Gather evidence for fleet vendor dispute
Approve/reject disputes from vendors, SPX drivers, own fleet drivers
Other admin tasks assigned by line managers

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience preferably in logistics industry
Having basic knowledge in transport operation and planning is a plus
Excellent in communication, negotiating, and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Can work under pressure
Moderate in Microsoft Office or Google Sheet skills
