About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Legal Manager to join our team. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing legal affairs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing strategic legal advice to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and labor matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Advise management on potential risks, legal rights, and obligations.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
- Support dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration processes when required.
- Develop and implement legal policies and best practices to protect the companys interests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Law (Masters degree or Lawyer Certificate is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in legal practice, preferably with exposure to corporate, commercial, or compliance areas.
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations; international law knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
