Legal Manager ($1500)

Job Description

• Draft, review, and examine contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with the law.
• Provide legal advice and support to departments regarding business operations, investment, real estate projects, land, labor, and other legal issues.
• Participate in negotiations and assist in dispute resolution with partners, contractors, or third parties when required.
• Update and communicate relevant legal regulations, ensuring timely application within the company.
• Support in developing, reviewing, and ensuring compliance of internal rules, policies, and procedures.
• Represent the company when working with authorities, partners, or stakeholders within the assigned authorization.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Law
• A practicing certificate is an advantage.
• Have 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, including 12 years at a managerial level.
• Strong expertise in business law, investment, land, industrial zones, and real estate projects.
• Fluent in English
