Founded on March 8, 2010, GONSA Joint Stock Company leads the industry in healthcare logistics and distribution. It offers specialized services, including distribution through hospital and pharmacy channels, GSP-standard storage solutions (ambient and cold-chain warehouses), and GDP-compliant transport and delivery services. Additionally, GONSA provides authorized importation, hospital and retail pharmacy distribution, warehouse rental, and other value-added services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To build and maintain a robust legal framework that empowers GONSA's leadership in healthcare logistics while fostering a culture of ownership and client-centric service.
1. Strategic Legal Advisory
- Act as a advisor to the Board of Directors on corporate law, providing clear, actionable paths to achieve business goals.
- Oversee the legal framework for diverse business lines: pharmaceuticals distribution, specialized storage, and authorized importation services.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, intellectual property protection, and corporate governance to ensure the GONSA brand and assets are secure.
2. Commercial Contract Management
- Design and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring that agreements with pharmaceutical partners and clients are commercially sound and legally airtight.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure legal processes are service-focused, streamlined, and supportive of business velocity (avoiding administrative delays).
3. Corporate Risk & Dispute Prevention
- Identify and assess legal risks across all business operations, developing internal playbooks to mitigate exposure before disputes arise.
- Oversee litigation or dispute resolution, acting with an ownership mindset to protect the company's reputation and financial interests.
- Monitor changes in Vietnamese Corporate and Investment Law to proactively update the company's operating framework.
4. Leadership & Culture Integration
- Lead and mentor a team of 23, encouraging them to think as business partners rather than just legal reviewers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) is required; a Master's degree or Lawyer Practicing Certificate is a plus.
- Experience: 8 - 10 years in Corporate Law
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Vietnamese Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law. Experience in the pharmaceutical or logistics sector is an advantage but not mandatory if you have a strong corporate background.
- Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
