Reporting Line:

Position Objectives:
- Support PwC business in Vietnam in identifying and managing legal risks and to comply with laws and regulations and PwC Network policies
- Support the Office of General Counsel team, to ensure efficient and effective performance of the internal legal functions of the Firm
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1/ Legal consulting
- Advise on all legal matters and solutions in relation to the operation of the Firm
2/ Contract management
- Prepare templates, provide guidance and consultation on the Firm's contracts
- Manage proper record of the Firm's contracts
3/ Case management
- Handle troublesome practice matters
- Maintain proper record of cases
4/ PwC Network Standards compliance management
- Supervise the compliance of PwC Network Standards including anti-corruption, antitrust, insider trading, data protection including data privacy
- Conduct compliance assessments including testing and reporting to Global
5/ Corporate secretary
- Manage corporate governance documents and corporate licensing
6/ Other
- Provide training on important/new legislations, contracts, policies
- Collaborate with RISQ/Firm stakeholders in internal projects/processes
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned by CRO
Requirements:
- Qualified Vietnamese lawyer with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam laws and regulations, preferably in finance and consulting businesses
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, law interpretation and implementation skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- High degree of proficiency in English
