Work you'll do

The Assistant Manager within Deloitte's Legal team is responsible for providing regulatory, licensing and related market entry advisory services to a broad portfolio of clients.

    • Handle matters related to business establishment licenses, including applications for new licenses, revisions, extensions, and related procedures.
    • Assist Managers with legal research and provide advice on the Law on Enterprises, Law on Investment, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Real Estate Business Law, Labor Code, and other relevant regulations.
    • Monitor and highlight changes in regulations on a weekly basis.
    • Conduct research and prepare reports on various legal matters as requested by Managers.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (e.g., Business).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing or market entry services. Experience at a law firm is preferred.
    • Solid knowledge of the Law on Enterprises, Law on Investment, and the Labor Code.
    • Knowledge or experience in taxation or tax advisory is a plus.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
    • Professional, well-organized, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a thorough and systematic approach to tasks and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work is essential.
