Legal & Compliance Specialist [IT Field | English] (Binh Thanh| 5+ YOE)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal & Compliance Specialist (L&C) with a strong background in law to support our executive team. This role is ideal for candidates who are well-versed in legal documentation but are open to working in a broader assistant capacity. You will be responsible for reviewing a variety of contracts, handling sensitive information, and ensuring smooth communication across departments and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and manage contracts and other legal documents across various departments.

Provide executive assistance to BOD in terms of L&C

Compliance management

Assist in preparing research & reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for internal and external use.

Take charge of the request for licensing (product and entity)

Act as a liaison between legal, compliance, and operational teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Support with research on regulatory topics or business-related legal matters.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a legal, paralegal, or contract management role.

Excellent 4 skills in English

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Comfortable working in fast-paced and multicultural environments.

Proficient with MS Office tools and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the gaming or tech industry.

Exposure to international legal frameworks or multi-country business operations.
