On behalf of our client, we are looking for a high-energy Learning & Development Specialist to champion talent growth for their Technology Functions . If you excel at managing high-volume learning operations and thrive when partnering with tech leaders and C-suite stakeholders, we want you!

What you will do

Drive Large-Scale Learning Operations: Own end-to-end logistics and execution including course registrations, vendor management, invoicing, and post-program analysis.
Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate closely with BUs and C-suite stakeholders to identify training gaps and implement strategic learning solutions.
Curate Programs & Manage Vendors: Source and evaluate top training vendors for program curation (no need to design from scratch). Work alongside internal Tech Subject Matter Experts to co-train and facilitate in-house programs.

Requirements

Min 2 years of relevant L&D experience, with a proven track record in running high-volume learning operations and training logistics.
Confident communicator with a track record of partnering with senior/C-suite stakeholders.
Comfortable with public speaking and workshop facilitation (training provided).
Prior involvement or exposure to setting up organizational competency frameworks is a strong plus.
ACTA or ACLP certification is a huge advantage
