About the job:

We are seeking an experienced #DataCenter #Design Manager to lead the design and execution of cutting-edge data center projects worldwide. You will oversee #MEP (#Mechanical, #Electrical, 3HVAC) systems, ensure BIM compliance, and collaborate with international teams to deliver scalable, energy-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end #datacenter #design for MEP systems (cooling, power distribution, fire suppression, etc.).
• Manage #BIM coordination (#Revit/Navisworks) and ensure clash-free designs.
• Collaborate with global teams, clients, and contractors to align designs with project goals.
• Optimize energy efficiency (PUE reduction) and sustainability in design solutions.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and RFPs.
• Support international mobility (travel as needed for site inspections/client meetings).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors/Masters in #Mechanical/#Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in #datacenter #design (MEP/HVAC/BIM).
• Proven track record in international projects.
• Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Deep knowledge of data center systems (cooling architectures, power redundancy, airflow management).
• Fluent English communication (written/spoken).
• Ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
• Certifications: #CDCP/CDCS, #PMP, or #LEED.
• Experience with #hyperscale/edge data centers.
