What you will do
- Lead end to end hiring for critical roles across Tech, Product, and Business functions, from market mapping and sourcing to assessment, offer management, and closing.
- Own and drive high impact search strategies for complex and senior level hiring needs, with a strong focus on talent quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence.
- Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and leadership teams by providing market insights, talent landscape updates, and practical hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, high quality talent pipelines for both immediate hiring demand and long term business growth.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience by engaging top talent with clear, credible, and compelling communication about career opportunities and the business.
- Influence hiring decisions through strong candidate assessment, calibration, and consultative stakeholder management.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness, elevate hiring quality, and strengthen talent acquisition strategy across the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more talent segments or hiring domains, and contribute to capability building within the team.
What you will need
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in internal recruiting or executive search for IT Product, Media, Business, or other knowledge based functions.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong understanding of the talent landscape across Product, Media, Business, and technology driven organizations.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex searches and influence senior stakeholders through a consultative approach.
- Strong sourcing and market mapping capability, with the ability to build and convert high quality talent pipelines for niche and competitive roles.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with sound judgment on both capability and fit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- High ownership, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast paced environment.
