Job Description
Candidates only from product or SAAS companies
Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days
Location - BTM, Bangalore
Please Note - This is BE heavy role (BE 70 to 80% % FE 30 to 20%)
7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proven experience leading technical initiatives or teams
Strong expertise in:
React.js and frontend architecture
Node.js backend systems and API design
AWS cloud services (EC2 / ECS / EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)
Deep understanding of:
System design and scalability
Data modeling and performance
Security and privacy considerations
Hands-on experience with:
CI/CD pipelines
Production monitoring and incident response
Strong decision-making and communication skills
Ability to mentor and influence without micromanaging
Drive automation and tooling improvements that reduce cognitive load, improve developer
experience, and maintain system correctness.
