As a (Lead) Senior User Acquisition at Zalo Game, you are responsible for the performance and success of Marketing campaigns across various platforms by leveraging user insights accurately.
What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads;
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and internal tracking systems;
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Platform) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities;
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine strategies;
- Monitoring and analyzing user behavior, measuring LTV, CAC, Retention, ARPU, ECPI, ECPM, and offering a data-driven growth strategy;
- Periodic reports for management and relevant departments;
- Manage operational and effective marketing teams.
What you will need
- At least 4 years of real experience in UA, Performance Marketing, with a priority in the Game industry (H5, Miniapp, Mobile App);
- Understand the main indicators: ROAS, LTV, CPI, CTR, CR, ECPM, ARPU, ...;
- Proficient in at least 2 large advertising channels: Facebook Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, or DSPS;
- Experienced in using tracking tools is a great advantage;
- Passion for and understanding of the Zalo Platform is a strong plus.
