(Lead) Senior Product Marketing Specialist, Zalo Game

As a Product Marketing Specialist at a Zalo Game, you are responsible for the performance and success of Marketing campaigns across various platforms by leveraging user insights accurately

What you will do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and internal tracking systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Platform) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.
• Monitoring and analyzing user behavior, measuring LTV, CAC, Retention, ARPU, ECPI, ECPM, offering data-driven growth strategy.
• Periodic reports for management and relevant departments.
• Manage operational and effective marketing teams.

What you will need:

• At least 2 years of real experience in UA, Performance Marketing, with a priority in the Game industry (H5, Miniapp, Mobile App)
• Understand the main indicators: ROAS, LTV, CPI, CTR, CR, ECPM, ARPU, ...
• Proficient in at least 2 large advertising channels: Facebook Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, or DSPS.
• Experienced in using tracking tools is a great advantage
• Passion for and understanding of the Zalo Platform is a strong plus.
