A. OVERALL:
This position plays a key role in aligning digital technology strategies with the Companys development objectives. This position will be responsible for advising and supporting the coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the implementation of digital transformation execution plans and key technology initiatives, as well as facilitating connections with digital experts and supporting the application of digital solutions. The role requires strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to integrate technology, market insights, and innovation across multiple dimensions.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for connecting and coordinating with internal and external digital technology experts to propose, implement, and manage technology application projects aligned with the Companys Digital Transformation Strategy and other technology-related initiatives
- Provide strategic advice, evaluation, and analysis of the effectiveness of technology solutions, including Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Blockchain, in line with the commercialization direction of pilot models at centers and across the Company.
- Oversee project management and the transfer of digital technologies for the Company and its associated projects.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop digital technology implementation plans, ensuring progress, quality, and investment efficiency.
- Monitor, supervise, and periodically report on the implementation status of digital technology projects, proposing adjustments when necessary.
- Participate in developing processes, technical standards, and evaluation frameworks for digital technology applications across the Company.
- Propose innovative initiatives and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and the Companys competitiveness through digital technologies
E. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Information system. Prioritize for Master of Digital Transformation degree
- Proficiency in English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital system deployment, digital transformation, or cloud and data
- Ability to design solution architecture, perform system integration, manage vendors, and coordinate project deployment.
- Strong systematic thinking, analytical, and project management skills. Proven ability to communicate effectively across departments and propose technology initiatives that align with strategic business direction.
