Job Description:

The role is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of HR services, focusing on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations while ensuring strictly compliance with local regulations.

The main tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Payroll & Benefits: Ensures salary and benefits for employees are properly conducted on time and with a high-sense of customer service.

• Personal Income Tax (PIT): Ensures monthly PIT declaration reports & annual PIT finalization for all employees are conducted on time. Handles the issuance of certificates of personal income tax withholding and letters of annual income.

 Reporting: Ensures strict compliance and timely submission of periodic reports to Social Insurance, Tax, Labor, and other related departments; provides internal HR reports.

• Employee Data and Labor Contract Management: Manages a structured employee database and profiles, employment contract lifecycle (performance appraisal, issuance, revision and renewal of contracts), and related personnel changes (salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, etc.).

• Employee Relations: Administers disciplinary actions process. Act as a contact center to support employee queries regarding C&B and policies.

• Off-boarding: Executes exit clearance procedures and final payments for resigned employees.

 Operational Excellence: Continuously reviews and optimizes HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and mitigate compliance risks.

• Others: Supports in organizing company events and employee activities; performs other tasks as assigned by direct manager and management.

Job Requirement:

1/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of related law (Labor, Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance, etc.)

2/ Experiences:

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in HR, with at least 3 years specialized in C&B.
  • Experience in the life insurance industry is preferred.

3/ Skills & Competencies:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • High sense of responsibility, result-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR software.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal).
