Job Description

Working time: Monday - Friday, office hours

Working location: Metropolitan Office, 235 Dong Khoi, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC

Role Focus:

Lead Business Intelligence is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and communicating factory quality performance to support day‑to‑day and monthly business decisions. This role focuses on execution, insight delivery, and clear communication, working within an established product architecture and data platform.

The role ensures quality data is accurate, connected, and clearly translated into actions, but does not own overall data strategy or platform design.

Scope of Responsibility

  • Executes reporting and analysis based on existing direction
  • Translates data into insights for leadership consumption
  • Supports prioritization by providing evidence, not setting direction
  • Acts as a trusted analyst and communicator

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Third‑Party partners to consolidate and manage audit and assessment results.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality performance reports for leadership.
  • Analyze factory quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and risks.
  • Connect quality data with other data sources (e.g., delivery and cost) to support improvement opportunities.
  • Support publication of the Manufacturing Engineering Letter using agreed data and narratives.
  • Partner with Data Engineers and dashboard owners to validate data accuracy and usability.
  • Define and maintain a consistent quality insights framework across reports and regions.
  • Provide data‑driven recommendations to support prioritization and continuous improvement decisions.

Experience Profile


  • 5–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Performance Management roles.
  • Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to multiple stakeholders including internal and external.
  • Experience working with structured datasets, data platforms and dashboards (e.g., Tableau or similar).
  • Manufacturing, quality, or supply‑chain experience preferred.
