We are in an important phase of transformation and are building the leadership team to support it. We're looking for a Head of HR (Head of Enabling) to join our executive leadership team and lead the Enabling Division — comprising Human Resources, Administration, and Legal — as we scale.

The Head of HR is the most senior people and operations leader in the company, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for shaping and executing people strategies aligned with our business goals — building the organizational capabilities we need to grow sustainably while maintaining a strong, engaged culture.

Beyond HR, you will oversee Administration and Legal, ensuring our internal environment is efficient, compliant, and well-managed. You will lead a team of 10–12 people across these functions and act as a strategic partner at the executive level.

What you'll be responsible for

Organizational Design:

  • Research, analyze, and propose organizational structures aligned with business strategy and growth stage. Define clear authorities and accountability at each management level.
  • Periodically review and adjust the org structure as the company evolves.

Job Function & Position Management:

  • Build and manage the system of job functions, job descriptions, and job titles across the company.
  • Establish change management processes for updates to roles and responsibilities.

Talent Acquisition (TA) Management:

  • Develop annual recruitment plans and budgets in line with business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment operations across growth phases.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen Siêu Việt's reputation as a great place to work.

Learning & Development (L&D) Management:

  • Build a human capital development strategy aligned with the company's growth roadmap.
  • Own the competency framework, assessment processes, and development programs.
  • Manage the delivery of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness

Total Rewards & Policy Management

  • Design comprehensive compensation and benefits policies that are competitive and sustainable.
  • Prepare and monitor HR cost plans. Oversee payroll and benefit administration.
  • Manage labor relations and HRIS operations.

Performance Management

  • Build and deploy performance management systems (OKR-based) suited to our culture and business goals.
  • Lead goal-setting cycles at company, department, and individual levels.
  • Manage mid-year and year-end performance reviews with fairness and rigor.

Internal Communications & Corporate Culture

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that reinforce our culture and keep employees engaged.
  • Design and execute corporate culture programs; measure and improve culture health over time.

Office Administration & Legal Management

  • Manage office administrative operations to maintain an efficient, well-run work environment.
  • Oversee the Legal function to ensure timely, accurate legal advice and full regulatory compliance across all departments.

People Management (HR Department)

  • Recruit, develop, and retain key HR, Admin, and Legal talent. Ensure roles are well-matched to capabilities.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide coaching and mentorship to your team of 10–12 people.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology or internet company is strongly preferred.
  • Track record of managing across multiple functions (HR, Admin, Legal or similar) simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills — you build people up, not just manage them.
  • Strategic mindset: you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to solve real operational problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you work well across all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of Vietnamese employment law, compensation frameworks, and HR best practices.
  • Data-driven: you use metrics to diagnose problems and track progress, not just to report.
