Job Description
Senior Manager / Manager, People & Culture
Location: 11 North Buona Vista Drive The Metropolis Tower 2, Singapore 138589 / Occasional work at Upper Thomson area
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am-6pm
Salary: $5,500-$8,000
Job Description
- Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and full spectrum of HR functions.
- Advise the Deputy CEO and team on HR and people-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with organisational requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
- Manage workforce planning, talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.
- Lead performance management processes and performance review cycles.
- Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development initiatives.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement and retention.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations.
- Manage HR reporting, HR systems and HR data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, review and implement HR policies, frameworks and procedures.
- Maintain HR governance and risk management processes.
- Lead HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
- Oversee HRIS enhancements and other HR-related projects.
- Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of HR and Payroll experience with team leader responsibilities.
- Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
- Experience in healthcare or service sectors will be an advantage.
- Experience with Infotech HRIS and HR analytics tools.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
