Job Description
  • The Sales Manager Korean is responsible to the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • The Sales Manager Korean performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales and Marketing for all sales personnel within designated segments.
  • He / she is responsible of a list of accounts within Korean Corporate Accounts and Local / inbound Agencies and Overseas Direct Accounts.
  • He / she looks after all the existing producing accounts by following all enquiries, assuring the clients satisfaction, visiting the clients and boosting at all time the productivity.
  • He / She looks for new accounts (both in the Corporate and in the Leisure segment) regenerate and increase the productivity of the Account portfolio.
  • He / She promotes the hotel services and special events/Promotions at the hotel in all sales calls
  • Prepare a monthly sales planning to be presented to the Director of Sales and Marketing in advance
  • Look at the monthly production of the accounts and present to Director of sales and Marketing overlook of the accounts
  • Keeps update the Cardex of all the existing accounts recording all sales calls and most important information
  • Present weekly the sales call report with overlook of the past week and the current week
  • Looks for group leads, quote the groups, follow up the quotation with the ultimate goal of their confirmation.
  • Sales Manager maintains contacts with all the other departments of the hotel and may have contact with management at the regional level.


Work Experience
  • More than one year experience in a similar experience in the luxury hotel
  • Minimum requirement of a Degree / Diploma Holder or an undergraduate degree from in Sales / Hospitality
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must proficient in MS Office
  • Proactive, guest service oriented, excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of international/regionalsource markets would be added advantage.
