Dashboard & Tracker Management: Develop, optimize, and manage dashboards and trackers that capture the KOL Management Team's performance, activities, and daily operations.
Data Flow & Process Automation: Monitor and streamline processes for data extraction, cleaning, processing, and accuracy to minimize manual effort and improve efficiency for the team.
Trend Forecasting & Simulation Models: Design and implement simulation models to forecast trends, outcomes, and potential risks of projects tied to KOL performance growth.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Consolidate insights and generate reports to update senior management on team performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functional workstreams to ensure data insights are aligned with business needs and project objectives.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in building and managing performance dashboards and trackers.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with data pipeline management (extraction, cleaning, processing, automation).
Ability to design data models and present insights in a clear, actionable format for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with ability to drive independent projects from start to finish.
Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, KOL/KOC management, or e-commerce industry dynamics.
Experience with SQL, Python, or R for advanced data analytics and automation is highly preferred.
Background in forecasting models, simulation techniques, or performance monitoring frameworks.
Prior experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
