1. Community Strategy & Concept Development

  • Work closely with GD and team lead to align on the overall direction and objectives of Industrial Zone (IZ) worker communities
  • Support the development of community concepts tailored to industrial workers, positioning Zalo groups as Shopee deal-hunting & shopping communities rather than official announcement channels.
  • Contribute ideas for community tone, engagement mechanics, and content angles to drive long-term participation

2. Zalo Community Setup & Scaling

  • Build and operate Zalo community groups for Industrial Zone workers, with each group linked to a specific company or offline event
  • Manage community setup, group rules, member onboarding post-event, and daily operations at scale (up to 100 groups)
  • Ensure consistent community structure, naming conventions, and guidelines across all groups

3. Community Content Levers

  • Execute community content plans that drive Shopee shopping behavior through deal seeding, worker-relevant product recommendations, and simple shopping tips (vouchers, free shipping).
  • Seed conversations and encourage interaction using community-style content, similar to Shopee deal-hunting groups, to keep groups active and organic.

4. Engagement & Community Growth

  • Drive engagement through lightweight community mechanics such as polls, deal reactions, Q&A, and sharing purchase experiences
  • Encourage repeat participation and community stickiness without heavy moderation or forced campaigns
  • Monitor community health and proactively prevent spam, misinformation, or off-topic content

5. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with GD & Production, Livestream, program team to ensure community content aligns with campaign calendars and promotion priorities
  • Sync regularly with Data PIC and team lead on performance, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives related to IZ worker engagement as assigned

6. Monitoring, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track community-level metrics such as active groups, engagement rate, deal reach, and recurring content themes
  • Collect insights from worker behavior and feedback to refine content, seeding strategy, and community structure
  • Support periodic reporting to highlight learnings and scalable community models

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in community operations, content execution, or digital marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing online communities or groups (Zalo, Facebook).
  • Ability to execute community-style content (deal seeding, product recommendations, shopping tips) to drive engagement.
  • Strong coordination and execution skills to manage multiple groups at scale with clear structure and guidelines.
  • Basic understanding of engagement metrics and ability to support simple tracking and reporting.
  • Experience with KOC/KOL, affiliate, or social commerce-related programs.
  • Familiarity with Shopee shopping mechanics (vouchers, free shipping, campaigns).
  • Sensitivity to community tone and user behavior, especially mass-user or worker communities.
