Identify and recruit potential KOL sellers to join the seller community. Facilitate their onboarding process, ensuring they understand platform policies and best practices;
Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with sellers in the seller community. Regularly communicate with them to understand their needs and provide support;
Training and Development: Research seller needs, develop learning roadmaps, and organize training sessions, workshops, or courses to enhance their platform skills and policy awareness;
Work closely with Seller Engagement (SE) sub-teams, and SE channels under defined direction, communications plan, and timeline to ensure timely & high-quality delivery of Communications Plan, project execution & KPIs tracking;
Organize and participate in government and CSR networking events with government representatives to foster relationships and promote the seller community's interests;
Prepare regular reports for management that detail community engagement, KOL sellers performance, and CSR events outcomes;
Work closely with marketing, business development teams, and government relations teams to align strategies and initiatives;
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Fresh graduates or candidates with around one year of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or related fields;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field;
Have an understanding of seller-related information: policy, features, insight;
Familiarity with the seller segment and an understanding of their needs and challenges;
Experience in designing and delivering training programs tailored to different skill levels;
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with KOL sellers, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams;
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making;
Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English languages.
