Looking for a strong performance strategist to expand the acquisition pipeline, guarantee seamless UI/UX experience, boost the performance of acquired KOL/KOCs & secure a loyal affiliate community. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, optimizing performance of potential & existing KOLs/KOCs, providing data-driven recommendations for ongoing initiative improvement, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Strategic Project Driving

  • Take charge of driving commercial-driven & quality enhancement projects to scale up affiliate traffic & conversion
  • Facilitate internal working processes and foster collaboration among functional workstreams to ensure organizational objectives are met and exceeded.

Deep Analysis & Strategic Insight

  • Identify challenges or opportunities in key initiatives, conduct analyses to gain insights, and propose data-driven solutions to synchronize with platform objectives
  • Explore, develop, conduct & refine research/testing to enhance the full affiliate funnel, support initiative conceptualization & system/feature improvement.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor key commercial metrics (e.g. A1, ADO, GMV, CR, retention, cost per lead/A1/order, ROI) through automated dashboards & tracking
  • Structure storyline & reporting flow, deliver presentations to high levels
  • Other tasks assigned by team leads


Requirements:

  • 3+ year experience in project management, strategy planning, preferably in Marketing field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in leading E2E cross-functional projects
  • Independent thinker & structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership with a critical mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheet/Slides & fundamental analytical tools
  • Previous E-commerce / Marketing / Affiliate knowledge
  • Have opportunities to work on highly impactful projects of Affiliate
  • Develop in-depth expertise in Affiliate marketing and Online marketing.
  • Strengthen data skillset and analytical and problem-solving skills.
