Purpose of Position: Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with major clients across the country. This role ensures revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships by aligning client needs with company offerings. The manager will lead account planning, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions Operation Network.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients.
- Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share nationally.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual benefit
Strategic Planning
- Develop annual account plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure consistent service nationwide.
Lead presentations and business reviews with clients.
Customer Success
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations.

Minimum requirements for hiring:
- Knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in key account management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven track record of managing national or large-scale accounts.
