Reporting to: COO

Your responsibilities

Lead and deliver assigned projects on time, within scope.

Define, manage, and control project scope, timelines, and change requests effectively.

Ensure the project team has a clear and consistent understanding of requirements, specifications, business logic, and success criteria.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align development priorities, milestones, and release schedules.

Drive the project teams execution according to agreed delivery plans and development roadmaps.

Plan, facilitate, and oversee Agile activities (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives) to ensure smooth project operations.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA/Testers) to achieve project deliverables across all phasesfrom requirements analysis to design, development, testing, and deployment.

Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to minimize delivery disruptions.

Proactively resolve conflicts and issues between team members and stakeholders to maintain collaboration and productivity.

Track and report project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders with transparency and accuracy.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence within the team.

Highly desirable skills and competencies

At least 2+ years of experience with a project management role in the IT field; (experienced with blockchain field is a plus);

Education background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineer, or related field.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong ability influence on cross-functional teams.

Proficient in project management Agile approach and tools (e.g. Jira).

Strong people skills are a plus.
