Source and nurture leads (LinkedIn, communities, events, referrals, legacy databases).

Maintain CRM hygiene (notes, next steps, stakeholders, forecast).

Qualify needs and secure meetings with decision-makers.

Collaborate with Presales/Delivery to build proposals and POCs.

Support basic commercial negotiations; hand over to AM after contract signing.

Requirements

2 years in IT sales/BD or related fields.

Japanese at N2- equivalent for business communication; good English reading/writing is a plus.

Lead generation skills (set target customer lists, build a domain-based sales book):

Ability to leverage existing networks.

Cold outreach and approaching new accounts.

Data-driven mindset; eager to learn Japanese enterprise sales process; disciplined task follow-up.

Minimum 13 months salary per year - not including other bonuses such as KPI bonus for work efficiency, project bonus and revenue bonus. We do performance review twice a year. You will work in a professional, dynamic and friendly environment.
