Job Description

Job Title: Customer Development Representative (Vietnamese Speaker - IT Industry)

Location: Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist. Qualifies potential opportunities, nurtures leads and drivers early-stage sales engagement. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating contact through various channels, and building a robust pipeline of leads to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social media platforms
  • Initiate outbound contact via email, cold calls, and social messaging to introduce products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in CRM tools
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Must have IT tele sales/outbound sales B2B background
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related sales role within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, articulate value propositions, and build rapport.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Minimum High School / Diploma qualification / Degree

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School / Diploma qualification
  • English level: B2 (Upper-intermediate)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with good problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer skills and typing ability
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service / Call Center / BPO is an advantage
  • Experience handling outbound sales
